Returns Policy

 

At Bromley Boutique, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, your return must reach our HQ within 14 days of receiving your parcel. If your parcel is returned after the 14-day returns period, we would be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

While there is no initial fee for returning your items, there will be a deduction of £3.25 when your refund is processed. Please note that your refund will also be minus your original postage costs.

Once you have selected an exchange, credit note, or refund, this cannot be amended. We apologize for any disappointment caused.

Bromley Boutique offers refunds subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and have no smell of scent. If you have a ribbon attached to your garment, this cannot be removed and all original tags/packaging must remain intact.
  • Please note that sale items can only be refunded through a credit note.
  • We do currently offer exchanges; however, this is subject to stock availability. If the stock is not available, we will contact you regarding issuing a refund or a credit note.

 

Initiation of the Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer an exchange, credit note, or refund.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item. Please keep hold of any proof of postage receipts.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
  • Please allow 10-14 working days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • If the return is rejected, you will be notified, and the item will be returned to you.

 

Exclusions

Bromley Boutique does not accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined in this policy, but exchanges for international orders are not available.
